All of us at some point have needed a push, be it in the year, the month, the week or the day. And here we are going to try to be that push, this podcast helps you disconnect for a few moments from that universe of constant consumption of information, sometimes necessary and sometimes not.

 My name is Arionnys Honorio, I believe that each person has something unique to give, that unique something that we carry inside is what I want to invite to a free environment, free of stereotypes, free of prejudices.
