“I'm begging you, let me work!", that is what Osamu Tezuka told his nurses at the hospital who had to take away his drawing instruments, but he wanted to keep creating.

He was a cartoonist and manga artist, for his work, technique and innovation Osamu Tezuka earned the title the godfather of manga, the father of manga and the god of manga, a manga is nothing more than a comic book

Osamu Tezuka was the first influence of what we know today as anime, when he brought to television his most successful story Astro boy, and then Kimba the white lion, with which there was a huge controversy with The Lion King for copyright issues , the lion king was a plagiarism of the white lion. My childhood fell apart when I learned that, but that's not the point.

The point is, not that you even work in a hospital bed, no, no, no, don't get me wrong. Rather:

WHAT ARE  YOU  WILLING TO INTENTIONALLY DEDICATE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY TO?

I am one of those who believes that we do not necessarily have to monetize all our talents, if we can monetize them great, but that is not the goal

What do you like to do, your hobby, in your free time, what do you dedicate time and energy to?

When we talk about free time, we think that it is sitting doing nothing, but in reality the root of the word speaks of freedom from work, we are free for an intellectual or creative activity.

Ryan Holiday in his book Stillness is the Key gives several examples, Fred Roger swimming was his hobby, NBA player Chris Bosh learned computer coding in his spare time, Albert Einstein had the violin, Winston Churchill who was Prime Minister of the UK painting was his thing. Kobie Bryant wrote stories in his spare time, he won an Oscar with one of those stories he wrote on his spare time.

If Albert Eisnten, Winston Churchill, Kobie Bryant and all these examples had time to dedicate to something outside of work, believe me you and I also have time to do something in our free time.
